Dear Students and Parents,

Welcome back to another exciting school year! As we step into this new academic journey together, we are thrilled to embrace our motto: **Excellence, Scholarship, Leadership, Tribe**. Each day, we strive to embody these values, guiding our Rams toward a future filled with success and growth.

At Tyner Middle Academy, we believe in #ExcellenceInAction. This means not only achieving high academic standards but also fostering an environment where every student can thrive, lead, and belong. Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, and we are dedicated to providing an educational experience that challenges and supports each student.

**Excellence** is at the core of everything we do. Whether it's in the classroom, on the field, or in the community, we encourage our students to push their boundaries and strive for greatness. Our dedicated teachers and staff are here to inspire and guide, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
**Scholarship** is about more than just grades. It's about a lifelong love of learning. We aim to cultivate curiosity and critical thinking, equipping our students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.
**Leadership** is nurtured in our students from the moment they step into our school. We believe every Ram has the potential to be a leader. Through various programs and opportunities, we empower our students to take initiative, make positive changes, and lead by example.
**Tribe** signifies our strong sense of community. At Tyner Middle Academy, we are a family. We support each other, celebrate our successes together, and stand by each other during challenges. Our mascot, the Ram, symbolizes the strength and unity of our tribe.

As we embark on this new school year, we are excited to see our students continue to grow and excel. Together, let’s make this year one filled with #ExcellenceInAction. We are confident that with the support of our dedicated staff, engaged parents, and motivated students, we will achieve great things.

Welcome back, Rams! Let’s make this year EXCELLENT.

Warm regards,

Dr. Aleisha McCallie
